Caelichyth (Chelsea) portrays Chelsea, known as @makeupbychelseax, capturing her use of makeup as a medium for self-expression and storytelling. Through her artistry, Chelsea channels different muses and emotions, transforming makeup into a powerful tool for identity, creativity, and emotional expression.
Set by the sea, a reference to the meaning of her name, "chalk by the wharf," the piece incorporates symbols drawn from her Irish and Nigerian heritage, adding layers of personal and cultural significance. Through this portrait, Sean Donny explores the relationship between identity, heritage, and artistic expression.
